i had a wonderful 7-night stay at doubletree by hilton. the staff was extremely friendly and always available. my queen room was comfortable with all the needed facilities. They offered extra items like fans on request. breakfast was great, and transportation was very close by.

The proximity to the MAX Light Rail made exploring the city convenient. However, the area outside felt unsafe, prompting multiple calls to 911 during our visit, and the parking fee was on the higher side at $25. I highly recommend bringing a car for easier access to nearby attractions.

My wife says that the pool could be better for kids, as it lacks shallow areas for younger ones.

Sadly, my room had a noticeable dingy appearance, with dirty walls and limited functional outlets for charging devices. The thin walls amplified the noise from neighboring guests, making it tough to get a good night’s sleep. I also encountered some cleanliness issues, finding ripped sheets that were clean-looking but still not ideal, and the hallways had a hint of unpleasant smells that lingered.
